They say that good food is a right and not a privilege and yet I think as a local community we should be very thankful for such a committed force of localvores in Skowhegan.
The farmers' dedication to Skowhegan shines through by continuing the market this winter. I look forward to shopping, despite what the weather will bring and thank you ahead of snowfall for the Saturdays, first and third of the month from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., that you will brave the elements so I can enjoy eating locally.
