I am glad the government has acknowledged we are in a recession. Next, our new government needs to take steps to correct the wrongdoings of our previous government.
Whether or not you like Barack Obama, he is a family man who will bring leadership to a country in need of help. He brings a positive attitude to a negative world. I prefer to pick up a paper and read about the positive in our world rather than the negative. More often than not, I read numerous times in a single story how awful our economy is or the dangers of this world.
After reading the book, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne, I have a new appreciation and understanding of the importance of the positive in our lives. The book captures the essence of finding the best in everything, even in the worst. Things in our country may get better if the media focused less on the negative and more on the positive. Happy New Year!
