I just discovered that I can no longer pay my phone bill online because FairPoint will not be able to handle that feature until "sometime this fall."
Are we progressing forward when we accept that kind of service? There was no information printed on my Verizon bill nor on the Verizon Web site about this change.
I was told that there had been an insert in my bill -- apparently beside the offer to buy a wallet for $19.95. I guess I missed it!
