London Times reports U.S. officials sell nuke secrets
Kennebec Journal & Morning Sentinel 01/15/2008

I am writing to bring your attention to a report in the London Sunday Times last weekend. This report, based on the word of a former FBI agent (a translator with high clearance), alleges that officials in the top ranks of the U.S. government, that is, Congress, the State Department and Pentagon, have been selling off nuclear secrets to foreign powers.

Pakistan and Turkey have been the primary recipients, but there is no telling where the information has gone from there. Some of the officials involved within U.S. agencies are closely associated with the plan for the war in Iraq and the "war on terror." This includes one undersecretary of defense, who retired recently to spend more time with his lawyers, and also a high ranking member of the U.S. House of Representatives (clue Dennis Hastert) who prefers the company of his lawyers to those from the Department of Justice.

This story is massive. Get on it or pass it on to a news organization in this country that will get on it. Make sure to look at the Times of London article at the top of the bibliography, at the end of the linked article.

Arnold sided with the British Empire only after the American Congress refused to honor the money debt owed him, slandered his name, continued to make a mess of his attempts to win the war, put inept people in charge and looked only after their own hides not the countries best intrests. He was affraid that the Congress was going to RUIN the Colonies and figured the Brits would do a better job than the Congress was doing.

IF the allagations of selling Nuke secrets is true perhaps not as much has changed in the Congress as we had hoped in the past 230 years.report abuse

This sounds like the kind of story that's too hot for our lap-dog press to examine conscientiously.report abuse

--Over the past seven years Wallyworld has hired a number of former US intelligence personnel to work at the private retail chain employer. Considering Wallyworld personnel meet with Communist China officials more frequently than US Officials, makes me think of history's Benedict Arnold.report abuse
