Pakistan and Turkey have been the primary recipients, but there is no telling where the information has gone from there. Some of the officials involved within U.S. agencies are closely associated with the plan for the war in Iraq and the "war on terror." This includes one undersecretary of defense, who retired recently to spend more time with his lawyers, and also a high ranking member of the U.S. House of Representatives (clue Dennis Hastert) who prefers the company of his lawyers to those from the Department of Justice.
This story is massive. Get on it or pass it on to a news organization in this country that will get on it. Make sure to look at the Times of London article at the top of the bibliography, at the end of the linked article.
