Do you realize that one of the "conservative" justices of the Supreme Court, Thomas, is so whacko that he "doesn't recognize" precedent in case law. What the "conservatives" on the Supreme Court have done is actually judicially "activist" in the worst way. You're being fed horse doodle and enjoying the meal. But then again, if people who call themselves "conservative" really understood what people are doing in their name, they'd be applalled. Either that or in need of some serious treatment or other. By the way, "conservatives" like to talk about the "constitution." Well, "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness" never applied to "slaves." Right? So don't talk about the Constitution, you'll only embarrass yourself Mr. Conservative. Why don't you read The Nine by Jeffrey Toobin for a little reality about "conservatives" on the Supreme Court. Wayne, you talk "general welfare clause" and yet, exempt "conservatives" from explaining so many other things, like how the Constitution can be applied in a "liberal" way, as "conservatives" attempt, when they deny things like how it "applied" to slavery. It's a joke! The Constituion is "elastic" and all the Federalist society and others are trying to do now is pick and choose. It's the way of an adolescent by the way.report abuse

I won't be voting for Paul or anyone else with an R before their name on the ballot because of what people with an R before their name have done to America. But I have to give Paul credit, he's honest. The Republican establishment will NEVER let him succeed because he's not one of them, the bought-and-paid for corporate lackey like Rudy or Rommney. The Republican establishment would rather lose to Hillary than allow someone like Paul or Huckabee to represent them.
