North American Union by 2010, be very afraid
Kennebec Journal & Morning Sentinel 12/03/2007

Globalist bankers work for years to subvert our freedoms, yet little is done by our own government to prevent them.

A 12- lane NAFTA "TransAmerican Highway" is being built from Mexico to Canada without the prior knowledge or approval of the American people, and our so-called "free" press mentions nothing about it.

President Bush signs the 2005 Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) with Mexico's Presidente Fox, and Canada's Prime Minister Martin which requires the three countries to be merged into one nation called the North American Union by 2010!

Our Constitution is betrayed, our Bill of Rights trampled. American sovereignty is ending, our American dollar will be replaced by the "amero," much the same as the euro has become the European Union currency.

A talk show host recently commented, "Americans are no longer interested in freedom: they just hope that their new masters will be kind." History shows that no master is kind.

Become informed through books like: "The Insiders" by John McManus, "Shadows of Power" by James Perloff, "None Dare Call It Treason" by John Stormer and magazines like "The New American" published by the John Birch Society.

Let's kick our AWOL Congress into action! It is high time to get us out of the United Nations before our Constitution is annulled, our middle class is destroyed, and America is made into a third-world nation. It's also time to urge Maine's Legislature to impeach Bush as Vermont's has.

I know they're just acronyms; just can't wrap my old, tired brain around them, that's all.

Your assumption is correct: I AM seriously concerned about our open borders. I have no patience with those politicians of any stripe who refuse to insist on the full implementation of our immigration laws and the closing of our borders to all who have no legal right to cross them. I would make exception ONLY for those who are legitimately fleeing from death squads, etc. in their own country, and only if they immediately turn themselves in and ask for asylum.

Let's face it, too many Democrats rationalize "legalizing" ILLEGAL aliens because they're "bleeding hearts" who think it's the politically correct thing to do. Too many Republicans (like George Bush) want legalization because they're responding to business interests. It's no secret that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce favors "amnesty" for illegals. Wonder why?

Oops, ANOTHER stereotype down the drain. Just who IS this jm guy, anyway?report abuse

They're just acronyms. Nothing to be afraid of.

If you dislike NAFTA, then can I assume that you're also seriously concerned about the open borders that it has brought?report abuse

At least we can agree on SOMETHING: NAFTA IS a terrible piece of legislation! Shame on ANYONE who voted for it, Republican or Democrat.

By the way, I'm too old for all this newfangled ROFL and SPP stuff. I prefer good old-fashioned English.report abuse
