Snowe, Collins appear
to straddle Iraq issues
Kennebec Journal & Morning Sentinel Wednesday, February 7, 2007

Just a moment. It isn't possible for our two senators, Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins, to stand on both sides simultaneously. They cannot ethically support the non-binding resolution to not send more troops to Iraq and support Sen. John McCain who stridently (some would say, stupidly) supports Bush's latest "brilliant plan" to send more troops to Iraq.

Tongue jewelry, yes. Tongue splitting, no.
