Inside Out Playground grateful for assistance

Several months ago, the Morning Sentinel ran an article announcing that Inside Out Playground would be closing.

The Inside Out Playground and Preschool is open, running and currently expanding its programming. One new offering is "Date Night." Parents who would like a relaxing, child-free night but who do not have a baby sitter can plan ahead to make a date for one of the scheduled Friday nights when this is offered. The cost is reasonable, and kids have a fantastic time because they have a great place to go and have fun.

We have submitted a proposal to The Home Depot's "KABOOM" Community Build Challenge Grant Project, which assists local communities in the building of new playground facilities. At the present time, there are several possible locations that are under consideration for our new Creative Play Center.

We continue to be grateful to the local community for its participation -- the individuals who donate so much of their time and those who support us financially. We are also grateful to the Morning Sentinel for helping us to get the word out.
