'Millions' without insurance but not health care
The best way to learn how wrong your opinions are and to learn the answers to every current problem is to write a letter featured in this forum. Then log onto the Sentinel's Web site and read the online responses there. Maine has a large group of experts on everything and all are very willing to point out the error of your thinking.

Majority has spoken -- in favor of discrimination
Throughout history, the majority electorate has supported discrimination against a variety of groups. Hopefully, the Legislature will pass another law prohibiting discrimination against same-sex couples desiring to marry.

Yes, Sarah Rogers (letter, Nov. 6) of Fairfield, I am also ashamed of being a Maine resident. I wanted to vote "no, no, no" but there was only a space to check "no."
