IN WATERVILLE, Anastasia Chandonnet, 45, of 19 College Ave., Waterville, was summonsed on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia, at the Mid-Maine Homeless Shelter on Ticonic Street.

3:17 a.m., Courtney M. Quinn, 33, of 90 Elm St., Waterville, was summonsed on a charge of failing to stop for an officer.

IN ANSON, Friday at 7 p.m., Randy Kaldro, 48, of 17 Elm St., North Anson, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

IN FAIRFIELD, Friday at 9:56 p.m., William Eustis, 32, of Hallowell, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, operating after license suspension and violating conditions of release.

IN OAKLAND, Friday at 10:08 p.m., Darren French, 39, of 527 Webb Road, Oakland, was arrested on a charge of assault, on Webb Road.

IN PITTSFIELD, Friday at 10:17 p.m., Melissa Bowden, 22, of 42 Patten Lane, North Anson, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Saturday at 7:45 a.m., Amie Turner, 24, of 61 Middle Road, Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of operating after license suspension.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 11:50 a.m., Keith Newton, 39, of 2069 Hill Road, Canaan, was arrested on charges of unpaid fines and fees for cultivation of marijuana and fishing without a license.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 3:50 p.m., Shannon Kruger, 19, of 65 Elm St., Waterville, was arrested on charges of domestic-violence assault and criminal threatening while in possession of a knife, on Elm Street.
