Appropriations include $688,461 for the town's share of School Administrative District 13's budget, $379,099 raised at town meeting and $146,041 for county taxes.
The total commitment is $1.14 million.
SAD 13 is comprised of Bingham and Moscow.
Residents will receive their tax bills within a few days, First Selectman Donald Beane said last week.
Moscow will receive $78,364 in State Revenue Sharing and $12,345 in Homestead Exemption reimbursements for 2008.
