IN WINSLOW, Friday, at 6:57 a.m., police checked the welfare of a woman walking on one of the bridges along Carter Memorial Drive. The woman told police she was admiring the scenery.
Thursday, 5:18 p.m., a Bellevue Street resident complained about neighboring children throwing things at his apartment and his car.
4:28 p.m., a small fire at Mardens Warehouse on Benton Avenue was quickly extinguished.
3:29 p.m., a mother and daughter went to the police station to report the daughter had been beaten up after school while on her way to her grandmother's house in Winslow. Police told the alleged aggressor to stay away from the victim.
2:57 p.m., a Halifax Street resident reported seeing suspicious males going in and out of a vacant apartment. Police investigated and locked an unlocked window.
2:54 p.m., police checked on a person reportedly carrying a weapon on Albion Road.
1:39 p.m., there was a domestic disturbance on Clinton Avenue.
11:51 a.m., there was a report of a stolen bicycle on Bellevue Street.
11 a.m., a Clinton Avenue resident complained when an unknown woman left a "nasty" message on his cell phone.
8:56 a.m., police responded to a hit and run accident on China Road. No damage or injuries were reported.
IN OAKLAND, Friday, at 12:22 p.m., there was a report of a theft at Messalonskee Middle School.
3:28 a.m., a South Alpine Street resident called police when a friend would not stop banging on his door and screaming. The caller told police he and friends had drawn on the woman's face after she passed out. She began banging and screaming when she woke up and saw the drawings.
Thursday, 10:38 a.m., a bulldozer was reported on fire on Oak Street.
IN CANAAN, Thursday at 4:54 p.m., a caller reported a disturbance at 277 Main St.
IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday at 2:37 a.m., a Newhall Street resident reported a disturbance.
IN PALMYRA, Thursday at 2:20 p.m., firefighters extinguished a brush fire near 190 Spring Hill Road.
IN SKOWHEGAN, Thursday at 7:29 p.m., a Waye Street resident reported a disturbance.
Thursday afternoon, police served an order at 113 Back Road.
Arrests
IN WATERVILLE, Friday, at 10 a.m., Amy Perkins, 19, of Waterville, was arrested at city hall on a warrant charging her with failure to pay fines.
2:50 a.m., Matthew Alan Lucas, 24, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge on operating a vehicle after his driver's license had been suspended.
Thursday, 5:58 p.m., Todd Allen Dechaine, 30, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of harassment and criminal threatening.
IN FAIRFIELD, Friday at 2:45 a.m., Ernest Almeida, 26, 12 Summit St., Fairfield, was arrested on charges of eluding an officer, unlawful possession of schedule drugs, reckless conduct, violation of conditions of release, illegal attachment of plates and passing a road block on Route 139.
IN SKOWHEGAN, Thursday at 10:34 p.m., Yvonne Martin, 45, of Madison, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of drugs and illegal possession of drugs.
3:40 p.m., Alec Landry, 19, 56 Waterville Road, Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines and fees.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 8:52 a.m., Richard Doan, 43, of Mexico, Maine, arrested on a charge of failure to appear for fictitious documentation and sticker.
IN OAKLAND, Friday, at 1:59 a.m., Maynard L. Bragdon, 35, of Waterville, was arrested on Smithfield Road on a charge of operating a vehicle after license suspension, habitual offender.
Thursday, at 6:30 p.m., Charles Douglas Rice, 51, of Oakland, turned himself in for arrest on a charge of violation of a protective order.
