Rep Fletcher for his resignation. The appearance
of conflict of interest is simply to much.
However, the Democratic party will do nothing, as
this is what they call a "Non-partisan" issue.
It's like former Democratic Senator Joe Lieberman
telling Republican Collins to go to war with Iran.
Lieberman is a dual Citizen with USA and Israel, now their is a conflict.
The "Pro-Bono" {for free} lawyer for State Rep
Fletcher comes from the Law Firm that supplies the
Governor with an adviser. Law firms seem to operate a shadow government in the state.
How well I remember a member of a Zoning commission looking for a favor, said to me,
"One hand washes the other",
Since Fletcher's lawyer is a Utility expert,
any wonder why Fletcher has said nothing about
the Electric rates that have doubled since the
Re-structuring? or the Deregulation? Who were the
lawyers who promoted this Enron sponsored fiasco
where we have lost regulation of rates?.
Who are the people selling electricity to the
Utilities? Will Fletcher tell us as good loyal
representative of the people of Winslow who the
gainers are since Deregulation took affect?
How much money did Enron spend in Maine to help Deregulate Electricity? Fletcher will tell us.report abuse
