Well it's about time. It's a little to late because he has already done so much damage. I hope the board does not consider letting Mr. Watts run things now that would be like jumping from the frying pan into the fire. He help create just as much of the problems as Gallagher did and is just as much to blame. If he was to really think about it he is not cut out for this job and needs to take the next step and GET OUT. This town needs to to a good summer cleaning and I don't mean of the buildings just the runs who run them.report abuse

The difficulty of leading two district's has nothing to do with it, it is with the qualifications of the person doing the job.In the corporate world running two district's would be small change. Remember he was not doing this alone he was given help at least in sad 59 and then the help sluffed his duties off onto others. No he knows he was not capable of doing this job.to bad he took down a good man before he gave up.report abuse

I agree with slope. Being the superintendent of two districts certainly must be very difficult-it is not a job that I would like to have. I think Mr. Gallagher and other superintendents in this same situation must feel spread a little too thin!
I would also like to think that the people of MSAD #59 will remain postive, understand that people do make mistakes, and will live by the "Golden Rule"-to treat others the way you would like to be treated. Good luck!report abuse

GREAT!!! One of the three stooges is leaving. This is good start. However, that leaves two stooges in positions that they are unqualified for.

These positions should be staffed by people who are honorable, who have integrity, and who have earned the respect and trust of others. Sadly, the remaining two have proved that they have none of these qualities.report abuse
