Been there how many years? On private property! Danger to who?
Maybe the clean up benefits a company with contacts..seen things like this before in local towns...report abuse
First Mr. White has been very cooperative with the Town and the State in his efforts to remove what is nothing more than the debris from an old chicken house that fell.
Mr. White has had his reputation and good name called into question by Local and State officials who have argued Mr. White is taking too long disposing of the debris.
The reason disposing of the debris has taken this long is because of Local and State officials suggesting, without any evidence, there are problems with some of the materials in the debris pile from the old chicken house.
Other than a possible eyesore to some, there has been no evidence provided at any Selectmen meeting that any of the debris is anything but what it looks like, debris from an old fallen chicken house.
There has been the unsupported opinion of some over paid State pin heads that somehow there is hazardous materials somewhere in the pile of debris. There has been NO HARD EVIDENCE to support that is the case.
So why is China seemingly making an issue of Mr. White’s fallen chicken house?report abuse
as the law provides ?
if not ,there is no incentive for anyone to do things the right way is therereport abuse
