By the way, the 18yo innocent driver from Albion in ths crash?

The next time she goes to renew her auto insurance she will find an accident is now part of her permanent, computerized, national driving records. Because the other driver was not charged, the records will not show that.report abuse

"'Kennebec County Sheriff Randall A.Liberty said no charges were filed in connection with the accident.“We believe, at this time, that driver inattention (on the part of Gledhill) was the contributing factor,” he said '"

---Good god Maine is so screwed up on so many levels. Take Kennebac Sheriff Randall Liberty.

First the backwater Kennebac Sheriff says 'driver inattentive" was a factor, BUT he does not charge the driver.

Hello? Inattentive driving,CRASH,but no charges.

Kennebac and Slumerset County have the highest roadway fatality rates in the entire state of Maine according to the federal agency the National Highway Traffic Safety Adminstration.
Considering the traffic-violator friendly Sheriffs up there are always looking for an excuse not to hold drivers responsible, are there any wonders?report abuse
