If marijuana is a legitimate medication, why should people be allowed to grow it at home? They should have to get it at the pharmacy like they would any other drug! We don't let people make other drugs at home, do we? People don't grow plants to make their own Oxy-Contin now, do they?report abuse

Legal or not, you won't stop us from growing/buying/smoking marijuana. All attempts to do so are laughable.report abuse

This is standard political operating procedure.. "If it makes sense, don't do it"
And if they did legalize it, the price would be so insane that people would still be growing or going elsewhere to purchase.report abuse
