SUSPENDED SENTANCES are a JOKE. As can be seen from this guys prior record, suspended sentances to these people mean that nobody cares anyway, so why not just go screw somebody else again. Even if I am caught I'll just get another suspended sentance.
Put the dirt bags away and make them work for their keep. There would be a lot less criminal activity if the perps knew that they would have to actually do the time. AND work it off.
This criminal element needs help. Incarcerate them and then see if they still exhibit the same qualities. If so , get them some psychiatric help, if not let them work off their sentances.
They flood the sewer system in the jail; fine , let them clean it up for NO PAY. They don't want to and they complain, take away all their privileges, add appropriate time to their sentances, and hire outside help to clean up the mess, but make the guilty parties PAY for their misdeeds.
Guess What??
oon , if they actually had to pay for their mistakes, SOON there would be far less miscreants.report abuse
