In conclusion......your arms should be more open to these individuals over anyone else's.
These families have no money because they spent it in order to protect themselves. They have been victimized and traumatized. They don't speak English. They come from a country that many people see as a nest for terrorist (which I'm sure doesn't help them in any way). Give them time to get back on their feet for crying out loud!report abuse
Well...let mainers pay your rent, food, clothing, education, medical bills, take care of your kids, and while we are at it...what the hell, let us give you a new car and a plasma tv!!!

They weren't living in Hell until their country was occupied by American troops and Islamic extremists. Conditions appear to be improving in Iraq, but we can't leave behind those who may be killed for assisting our troops. At the very least, we owe them sanctuary. There's a fair chance they'll bring along a better work ethic than the average American possesses... We'll have to see.report abuse
