Thank you Coach LaChance for your time and effort. Thanks to all the parents of the players whom gave time and effort for the kids. Hockey is not only a sport but a family sport. It takes a lot of effort and dedication. Good luck to you all!!!!report abuse

Good luck to all the girls who will have the chance to play in this new division! I grew up playing girls hockey in central MA in the mid-70s and went on to play on the first women's club team at UMaine in 1979-81...now there's a Division 1 varsity program at Maine thanks to the perservance of women (and our male coaches)over the decades. We played, and kept playing so girls today would have a chance to take to the ice. Skate hard, girls, and never, never give up!report abuse
