I think whoever is in charge of University of Maine's overall budget may be bi-polar? Cuts at UMF & UMA, but on the otherhand; Maine Maritime Academy just built their president a $8 million dollar mansion, and they just gave Univ. of Maine at Presque Isle the go ahead to spend $2 million on a wind power windmill.report abuse
