Save for tort law and chocolate, every positive you mentioned is a direct result of population density. IT is ironic that someone in Maine, the most rural state in the nation, would covet urban density so greatly. I think you'll find that if you move to one of the USA's top 20 urban centers, you'll find subways, trains, wifi, cell service and parks in abundance. Expecting the same in the middle of nowhere (ie Maine) is folly.report abuse
