My guess is Winslow officials waited until after the recent election voting to put this out to a vote. This way it will limit public voting. It would be more likely to be voted on the way they want it to go with less public input. A real back door approach they've used for years! This special referendum in itself will cost money. Simply poor municipal management!

The Town should have accepted the original plan and NOT let the school board make such critical decisions for the Winslow taxpayers.
