Close the school and send all the teachers home. Kid might slip in the hallway, and you'll get sued.

The only thing worse than the so-called litigious society and times we live in is watching a bunch of non-lawyers dance around trying not to get sued.

Risk is always there, regardless of how thick your policy book is. Fact is, having the policy in place might just be the thing that hangs you.report abuse
