Pretty sad state of affairs..Perhaps that is why a good many seniors did vote for McCain. Seniors are not necessarily at the mercy of our economy but at the mercy of planning...And besides seniors no longer have the same needs as younger generations...fancy electronics, TVs in every room, fancy clothes and furniture...plus kids toworry about...Probably will turn out just fine.report abuse

How do you feel about Bush's Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson "spreading" YOUR tax dollars so that banks can use them to pay stock dividends and executive bonuses?

I guess if you're a Republican, THAT kind of "spreading the wealth" is OK, right?report abuse
