Want to be like every other state? Then keep on with projects like this. Hey then let's subdivide all the property and put in little houses that look the same with cul-de-sacs! Awesome! For all you folks that haven't left the state in 20 years, Maine is a pretty special place that we should really protect and keep that way. Or we could just let 'er go to hell then listen to all the crying about the traffic and prices, etc.report abuse

ABout time they get the go ahead and they can send the 1700 out of State letters condemming the project back to their States they came from.report abuse

I'm really sick of the concerns about the "Maine Wilderness" out-weighing what a private company can do with its own land. At least the owners of these structures will be paying taxes on them, and hopefully spending a few bucks while they're here. What with a multi-million dollar shortfall in the state's budget, I say to Plum Creek:
