Sen Mitchell has done nothing to help this State but add State jobs and create more welfare entiltment and yet kicked the health insurance industry out of this State in 1992. I know she will make calls giving my associates grief about this post but I had to be rude to her to get one of her constituents help last year if I did not she would have never helped her voter. WE can not afford to keep her in office. No I am not related to Kim Davis but have met her and she deserves the chance to work for her voters. WE can not send another Baldacci puppet back to Augusta.report abuse

I commend the Waterville Sentinel for their endorsement of one of the greatest state legislators of our time. Sen. Mitchell has tirelessly advocated not only for her own constituents, but for some of Maine's most vulnerable citizens.

It's hillarious to hear rich Republicans bash Democrats in this State for "tax and spend" policies when the Democratic majority in the State House has done more than the Republicans EVER did to shrink State Government without touching our "rainy day fund" or significantly raising taxes.

And our State would be doing TEN TIMES better than it currently is if the GOP at the national level had not completely crashed our national economy by spending TRILLIONS of dollars on a bizarre and thoroughly uneccessary war.

SINCERELY -- Christopher M. Doyon

2Cents,

You talk "liberal agenda," let's look at "conservative agenda," shall we?

Largest government ever

Worst economy since great depression

Two open ended wars

Largest debt ever

Biggest trade imbalance ever

Oh, let's hope that those "conservatives" don't bring their brand of "success" to Maine. It'll wind up sliding off into the Gulf of Maine with their "leadership."

Republicans at EVERY LEVEL offer failed ideology and dig Mainers and America into a hole for future administrations to solve. That's failed Republi-CON ideology and "leadership."

Vote Republican for DEPRESSION!report abuse
