Very well written article. I understand the feeling. Now wait until the daughter gets married.

Positive articles about a father's love for his children are a rarity today. Instead, we see fathers portrayed as wife beaters, child molesters, incompetent doofuses, lazy, and just plain worthless. Thank you, JP Devine, for reminding us all that many fathers truly do care about their children.report abuse
