Mr. Bowen,
Excellent article...I would also point you to an article that I wrote in conjunction with others published in the Community Advertiser (Winthrop), dated August 30, 2008, titled IS IT TIME TO SAY "Time Out". It is good that an educator has come foward and addressed the issues with such detail.
