Thinking like that is why America has the worlds highest percentage of it's citizens in prison.

Although I don't think smoking in cars with kids is a good thing, something about being stopped and ticketed for smoking in your own vehicle seems a little over-the-top to me.report abuse

I NEVER smoke with others in the car, even adults. I smoke outside my own house. I take the responsibility of not smoking when it's a potential danger to others.

If smoking is as bad as these people say it is (and it almost certainly is), just outlaw it. Everyone. Everywhere. All the time. Throw smokers in jail, show them on the evening news along with child molesters and high-paid corporate executives!report abuse
