Dipping into the emergency fund? How unique. So what is the plan to help the rest of Maine have affordable fuel this winter. Why is it that the Governor and the Legislature are not working on a plan of action for heating fuel this winter? We are fast approaching need for heat time. I see no action so far on this major problem.report abuse

Keeping the education department (school buildings) warm would not be my number one priority. Keeping the citizens of our great state from freezing to death should be our number one concern.report abuse
