The court is not supposed to be writing law. They have done this in violation of the separation of powers contained within the constitution.
Wouldn't be any job I'd want. Come walking up to me when I am launching a canoe to check and see if I am complying with some stupid provision of the "Clean Water Act", and the canoe is likely to be the second thing that gets launched. So long as I haven't done anything wrong, I'll be left alone to do what I am doing, thank you very much. I won't have anyone poking their nose into my business, telling me what to do, or how to do it.
About time The People stood up and shook themselves off, and took their government back. By the people, for the people, with The Peoples' consent. We didn't consent to this, and won't be likely to.report abuse
