This project could not have taken ten weeks in the fall, after the rush of money spending tourist left? It could not have been started ten weeks sooner this spring before the rush? It could have been over by now.
This project seems so poorly planned it must have been done by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection, or maybe the mess at China Lake was done by the Maine Department of Transportation.report abuse
