All of you negative people are a prime example why Skowhegan cannot get any businesses to locate there. If you think her idea is so bad then come up with your own and lets hear it. The people of Skowhegan can only hope that they draw some businesses like the Old Port in Portland. That place used to be a dump now it is fourishing. Good luck to this lady, I hope when I get back to visit my hometown I can see some improvements.report abuse

RIGHT...........a plan to appeal to about what?
Maybe 5% of the population?

I see one of you weenie liberals zapped my earlier post for no reason other than disagreement.

Do Not try to make Skowhegan a tourist destination. You will not like it! I causes way
more problems than it solves.

Gee ,sorry Notliberal but we kinda have enough fast food in town as evidenced by the epidemic of steatopygia in the area.
Antilib you are not using your head... To me it looks like this situation will have the major effect of REMOVING the "fruitloop nutjobs" from the town center.
Do Conservatives not consume bread? create art, and partake of other activities,I suggest that you have that jerking knee looked at.report abuse
