Congratulations to these kids -- apparently they were even responsible enough to pay for renting the porta-potty. And they stepped up and admitted participating. Contrast that with the Colby students who celebrated the end of classes by getting drunk, with 17 of them ending up in the emergency room. And the one whose pig got loose on campus hasn't had the decency to come forward and admit to owning the pig. I hope that if the Skowhegan grads go on to college they don't become as stupid and irresponsible as those particular Colby grads. (Most Colby grads are probably great kids too.) And congrats to the principal who can appreciate a good natured prank. If this is the worst thing these kids ever do, good for them.report abuse

I echo the comments of those on the this thread that there was no harm done. What ever happened to "boys being boys". Live by the motto...no blood, no foul.
Kudos also to the Skowhegan principal for his reaction to the prank.report abuse
