Does anyone have any data on the size of the annual cash flows to Waterville that derive from alcohol fines & fees etc? Are the magnitude and frequency of fines normally distributed between Colby students and non Colby students?

Perhaps its time to get a FOIA request to review the data that underlies this zealous enforcement. Follow the money, and you will not be surprised.report abuse

Anyone ever hear that Boston radio talk show when they have a 'dumbing down competition' among callers. The show a Colby College graduate on the show that could not even guess such basic questions as 'when was the American Civil War?' 'who won the Civil War' 'name 10 presidents not counting Washington and Lincoln'.

Bear in mind many of the Colby College drunks went on to become Maine teachers.report abuse
