It was a contract, no different than any other legal contract. The buyer didn't hold up her end of it and the seller was charged to list the items (each item) and will be charged to relist each item. This took time out of this working day and he is owed money. Unless the buyer is eventually sued and made "uncomfortable," s/he will continue to waste the time and money of businessmen/women. This is NO different than if this occured to a businessman at a physical address in Augusta or Portland (etc). Bottom line: the seller should be out NO money.report abuse

Another frivolous law suit. All they have to do is have a deadline for payment or it goes back to auction. Simple remedy.report abuse
