STOP MISAPPROPRIATING MONEY! You aready lost $120 million you cannot account for!!
You deserve to be the first on the cut list.
Having said that, here's another concept: put all the welfare addicts on Work Fare, and make them earn their hand-outs like the rest of us pay taxes because we DO work.
One can liken it to a bunch of ravenous piglets sucking off the giant sow known as DHHS.
Now, let's see who else DHHS trots out to scream bloody murder in order to save their funding.report abuse
