I believe teachers recieve the pay they do for the degrees they have earned. Thus, if you have a college education...shouldn't you make more than someone with just a HS diploma? What is the average level of education in China?report abuse

It’s good the State is requiring a more open process for voters to see and understand what they are voting for when spending their hard-earned money for education.

China should take it further and break down the huge school budget into more categories such as teacher pay and benefits. I’m just wondering why the parking lot at the school is filled with expensive SUV’s while many of the driveways of homes in China have more practical and efficient vehicles parked in them?report abuse
