We do need to scale back and reorganize the system anyways. How about Augusta does something smart for a change? Instead of just hacking away randomly.report abuse

NO! No!.........The liberal weenies, feel good, everybody is equal crowd, refusal of a "back to work" program, that limits time on welfare, AND the dems open border, amnisty, entitlement, income redistibution, big government policy.
