And she thinks administering medicine that she is not licensed for and is obtaining it illegaly doesn't create an unsafe situation? Stop breaking the law, its there for a reason. If they want to be able to administer drugs then become a nurse midwife, have one present, or find a doctor that does house calls. Simple as that. Creating a licensing system for 22 people when the state is already significantly in the red is a waste of money. Besides isn't home childbirth suppose to be "natural"?report abuse
