I remember grandma telling me about the neighborhood in Windham where she lived in the 30's. It was being "electrified" and people were upset about the telephone/electric poles.

Why did Ron Price have the ordinance repealed last June? Why is he so against having it reinstated now? Why did CES purchase more land on top of Beaver Ridge?
Probably because it is not profitable to put up just 3 Turbines. With NO ordinance in place now they can put up as many as they want across the ridge line with the land CES has aquired recently! I feel this was there plan all along. The only people lying to everyone in Freedom is RON PRICE and CES!
Further more I wonder why Ron Price is still the first selectmen in Freedom since he recently has divorced and moved to Knox? It seems Ron feels as though he can do whatever he wants in this town. Maybe the bigger story here in Freedom is....why is Ron Price who is the acting first selectman being allowed to continue in that roll but yet does he not live in our town. Can you say ILLEGAl!report abuse

Are they gonna make some wine with all those sour grapes being grown in the town?

Those who cater to the minority are a real threat to democracy.Cases in point;

Seatbelt law
smoking bans
numerous other feel good motor vehicle laws.

Anybody for tax relief?report abuse
