I thought i answered the question. The dead pedestrian had no relatives in the state to publically complain after the fact of a suspended driver licensed driver escaping charges. So i chose myself to do it.

And i still question why a suspended licensed driver escaped charges in the death. Perhaps the suspended licensed driver was a relative of a relative.report abuse
